Method of application:

• Warm up with water bath till 38-40° ;
• Apply warmed up sapropel on steamed face and body( do not apply on heart area!) evenly with 2- 3 mm layer;
• Make several holes for nose, mouth and eyes in the plastic wrap and cover your face with it;
• Retain for 10-15 min, while being in a heating room;
• Go to the steam room with applied sapropel for 10 minutes ;
• Wash away sapropel with warm water after the steam room and have a warm shower;
• Soap up your face and body with soft towel;
• Apply anti-cellulite cream for figure correction

Method of wrapping:

• Have a hot bath or shower, steam out the body;
• In advance warm up Sapropel to 42-45°С;
• Apply heated Sapropel evenly on your steamed body with 2-3 mm layer using the brush;
• Firmly wrap the areas, where Sapropel was applied with the plastic wrap;
• Cover yourself up warmly for 30-60 minutes to create a hotbed effect;
• Wash Sapropel off after the procedure and dry up with the help of the soft towel;
• If needed, rub in the nourishing or anticellulite cream after 20-30 min to strengthen the effect of Sapropel.

We recommend have 15-20 procedures per course.  You can repeat the course in 1 month  if needed.

We recommend using sapropel masks up to 2-3 times a week to intensify its effect.

• add a few olive oil droplets (Jojoba oil or Grapeseed oil) to sapropel and thoroughly mix;
• Apply mask on face evenly with 2-3 mm layer;
• Make several holes for nose, mouth and eyes in the plastic wrap and cover your face with it;
• Retain for 10-15 min;
• Wash away the mask with warm water ( or use chamomile decoction);
• Sop up face with soft towel;
• After 20-30 minutes wipe face with tonic and apply nourishing cream, which suits your skin type.
